We've had another action packed week this week learning all about Pharaohs and mummification. The children have spent this afternoon taking part in a mummy making competition (involving a lot of toilet roll!).

What a fantastic week we have had, full of learning! Yesterday, the children created their own version of a sarcophagus using all natural resources from the wild area. Check out this amazing tomb with a sarcophagus inside!
We have also finished our Egyptian death masks!
A huge welcome back to our children and a welcome to Class 4BW! :) It has been lovely to see your smiling faces again, ready to learn and settling back into school life brilliantly!
Our topic for the Autumn term is 'Ancient Egypt'. Our learning question is: How can we recreate the wonder of Egypt? We have already completed some fantastic work on this - watch this space for some pictures of our incredible Egyptian death masks!
